The Baker's Dozen' is a neighbourhood artisan bread bakery, which offers an exquisite variety of high quality, freshly baked, authentic European breads. Our head chef, Aditi Handa mastered the art of Bread Baking at the International Culinary Institute in New York (formerly known as FCI), one of the finest in the world. With this skill to bake more than 100 different varieties of international breads, without any preservatives, chemicals, emulsifiers, etc, we have launched our flagship store in Prabhadevi and are now opening our second store in Kemps Corner on 4' August 2013.

BREAD OF THE MONTH

Filled with handpicked Spanish olives, I am everyone's dinner favourite. However, the folks at TBD have made me without olive oil and from wheat! As bakers, they take pride in this difficult-to-achieve uniqueness.
