The Sourdough Pav – as the TBD’s Aditi Handa calls it – is rounded, fluffy and can be slice down the centre just like a pav, but is made using French Sourdough technique that ensures the bread is fermented naturally using very little yeast. This keeps it fresh without gifting it a sour aftertaste.
